Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Everbliss Page Publisher (the "Service"), operated by Everbliss LLC ("Everbliss," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service provides tools to draft, organize, schedule and, when expressly authorized, publish content to connected Facebook Pages. Some features, including self-service integrations and multi-user access, may not yet be available. Feature availability may change.

2. Account and Page authorization

You must have the right to manage any Facebook Page you connect or use with the Service. You are responsible for accurate connection information, safeguarding your account access, and limiting access to authorized people. You must not connect a Page or publish content without the required permission from the Page owner.

3. Content and publishing responsibility

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, intellectual-property rights, advertising disclosures, and platform compliance of the content you submit or authorize. Do not use the Service for impersonation, spam, deception, infringement, harassment, or activity prohibited by law or Meta's policies.

Scheduling and approval do not guarantee that Meta will accept, deliver, display, or retain a post. Network failures and platform restrictions may delay or prevent publication. A publication attempt whose outcome is uncertain may require manual review rather than an automatic retry to reduce duplicate posting.

4. Facebook and other services

The Service operates with third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook, and hosting providers such as Cloudflare. Their applicable terms and availability remain outside our control. Your use of a connected Page must also comply with the relevant platform's rules.

5. Content permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You authorize Everbliss to store, process, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the features you use and the actions you authorize. You must have all necessary rights to grant that permission.

6. Security and service availability

We may restrict connections or access when reasonably necessary to protect Pages, data or system integrity, or comply with law. We work to maintain reliable operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Deletion and termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of data associated with your account or authorized Pages. See our Data Deletion Instructions. Certain security, publication-integrity or legal records may need to be retained to the extent permitted or required by law. Disconnecting Everbliss does not itself erase content already published on Facebook.

8. Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of specific results or uninterrupted delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
