Data Deletion Instructions

Effective and last updated: October 25, 2026

This page explains how to disconnect Everbliss Page Publisher from Facebook and request deletion of information that Everbliss LLC holds about you or a Page you are authorized to manage. You do not need an Everbliss account or login to submit a request by email.

Request deletion from Everbliss

Email [email protected] with the subject Everbliss Data Deletion Request. Never send passwords, login codes, access tokens or private keys.

Option 1 — Remove Everbliss access in Facebook

  1. Sign in to Facebook and open Settings → Apps and Websites (the precise menu labels may vary).
  2. Find Everbliss Page Publisher among the connected apps.
  3. Select Remove and confirm. If Facebook offers an option to remove related app activity, review it and select it if desired.

This action revokes the app's access on Meta. It does not necessarily delete all data previously stored by Everbliss; for that, use Option 2.

Option 2 — Request deletion from Everbliss

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject Everbliss Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address associated with your use of Everbliss, if any, and the name or public ID of the Facebook Page involved, if relevant.
  4. Explain whether you want your account information, Page connection, drafts/media, publication history, or all applicable data deleted.
  5. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or Page authority before acting. We will respond and process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and platform obligations.

What happens after a request?

Once a request is verified, we will assess and remove the personal data or Page connection information that should be deleted, including related stored content where applicable. Some limited records may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, disputes, security, or publication integrity. We will explain material exceptions when responding to the request.

Removal of a connection may prevent future scheduled posts. Content already published on Facebook is subject to Facebook's own controls and may need to be removed separately by the Page administrator.

Questions or difficulties?

If the app does not appear in your Facebook settings, or you cannot access your Everbliss account, you can still contact us using the email above. Please avoid including sensitive login information.
